Company Profile:

AV-Display, a young, since 1996 existing company, has its headquarters in the Chinese town Shenzhen. The company produces, as the name already suggests, displays in various technologies.

The letter "A" in the company name stands for the English word autumn. This word was chosen because the autumn with its characteristically green-yellow appearance serves as a symbol for the colour of the displays. Furthermore the V shall symbolize "Viewing Display". AV-Display has set its goal extremely high because it aims at manufacturing and delivering first-class displays throughout the world. This ambitious aim shall be immediately visible when having a look at the displays, that's what "Viewing display" stands for. This goal is also being embodies by all of AV-Display's employees.

Already in 1998 the first subsidiary in Beijing was founded to cope with the steadily rising demand of AV-Display products. This increasing demand finally led to the opening of a second subsidiary in Shanghai and outlines clearly the success of AV-Display.

As proof for their convincing product quality, AV-Display has obtained an ISO 9000 certificate from TÜV Rheinland / Berlin-Brandenburg in December 2001. For a larger view of the certificate please click on it.

Another huge advantage of AV-Display is the possibility to transfer individual customer wishes to finished products with the help of their in-house design department. AV-Display is always looking for new challenges in form of customer application and tries to solve these wishes as soon as possible.

This customer orientation is being supported by the fact that AV-Display limited its product range to a reasonable size. As a consequence the amount of the different raw materials that have to be procured can easily be managed. Thus AV-Display works with a raw material warehouse that enables the company to manufacture displays in an extremely short time. This short manufacture and delivery time is an intelligent approach and gives AV-Display an edge at the market.

The company currently employs more than 200 people and reached a volume of sales of 9 million US Dollars in 2003.
