TFT LCD's with integrated controller

AMPIRE now launched TFT LCD family with integrated controller.

By integrating the TFT LCD controller, AMPIRE offers users the possibility to run the LCD directly with their CPU from 80 or 68 series. Any additional A/D boards are not needed. 8/9/16 and 18bit interfaces are available for choice. Connection can be made either by FFC cable or by pin header.

AMPIRE's new product family comes in sizes of 3,5"/4"/4,3" and 5,7". All modules are equipped with the same LCD controller type and can be delivered with touch panel, too. They are backlit by LED, however, a CCFL backlight can be chosen for the 5,7". Operating temperature ranges from -20 up to +70'C according to AMPIRE.
